FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Welcome to the AbilityCareGlobal FAQ section — where real Moroccan mineral collectors answer your most important questions. I’m Mohamed, a local miner from Midelt, working directly in the underground tunnels of Mibladen, Aouli, and surrounding areas. These answers are based on field experience and real interactions with retailers, wholesalers, and collectors from around the world.

General Questions

1. What is AbilityCareGlobal?

AbilityCareGlobal is more than a store — it’s a direct connection to the source. We are based in the heart of Morocco’s mineral belt (Mibladen – Midelt region) and provide authentic crystals and fossils, collected by hand from active mining galleries. I personally work underground and document every piece you see in our catalog.

2. Where are your minerals sourced from?

Our specimens come from famous Moroccan sites like Mibladen, Aouli, Sidi Ayad, and other hidden galleries known only to local miners. We collect Vanadinite, Cerussite, Galena, Barite, Azurite, Malachite, Aragonite, and fossil specimens like Septaria and Sahara nodules.

3. Are your minerals 100% real?

Yes. Every crystal is field-verified. I often send real-time photos/videos directly from the tunnels and verify specimens myself or with trusted local miners. No fakes, no treatments unless clearly stated.

Orders, Shipping & Returns

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide and safely package each piece. We’ve worked with clients in Spain, the Netherlands, the USA, and Japan.

5. How long does shipping take?

  • North America & Europe: 15–25 business days
  • Asia & Australia: 10–30 business days
  • Within Morocco: 3–5 business days

6. Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once we ship, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your parcel.

7. What are your shipping costs?

Depends on weight and country. We always look for affordable and secure options. Sometimes, shipping costs more than the mineral — especially for low-cost selenite or fossils.

8. Do you accept returns?

Yes. We offer a 14-day return policy. The item must be in original condition. Just message us via WhatsApp or email to start the process.

Crystal Knowledge

9. What is Vanadinite?

Vanadinite is a rare red lead mineral often found on Barite. Our best pieces come from deep inside old galleries. They form beautiful hexagonal crystals that collectors love for their deep red color and structure.

10. Are your specimens enhanced or treated?

No. All specimens are natural and untreated unless clearly mentioned.

11. Is Vanadinite safe to handle?

Yes, but it contains lead. Avoid licking, inhaling dustEmail:
